Coach Katie will guide the group to light up together for the first 10-15 minutes of class then lead everyone through a relaxing yoga flow to get us ready to chill during the sound bath; then we end with another smoke sesh to round out the night.
Bring your own flowers & accoutrements, a mat, water bottle and sweat towel just in case!
