Join us for a 60-minute movement practice led by inspiring leaders Rebecca Rose (she/her). Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or new to movement, all are welcome to join this invigorating experience!
The Details:
Gather at Center Court in Conestoga Mall at 9:30am (before the mall opens) for the movement practice. All are welcome to join in, although space is limited.
Community connection:
Join us for connection throughout the movement practice and feel free to stay after the event to socialize. Plus, enjoy early access to shop at both Lululemon and Saje before opening hours—beat the weekend rush and get your shopping done for the day!
Attire & Yoga mats:
Please bring your own yoga mat for the movement session; no other equipment is required. Wear comfortable active attire for the session and bring water to stay hydrated. Washrooms available to change inside the mall.
