Start your Sunday with movement and community! Join us for a mindful yoga flow, led by local yoga Ambassador Laura Paaren, as part of our "Sunday Morning Movement" series. Focused on this weeks Values in Action: Front Row Mentality.
After the yoga session, enjoy an opportunity to shop before the mall opens.

A bit about Laura:
Laura (she/her) from Moonlight Yoga has been teaching yoga since 2013 and offers classes for all levels in her cozy shared studio at 17 Gordon St. Downtown Guelph (inside Found Coffee, yum!) as well as online. Laura's teaching style is rooted in inclusivity and accessibility. She aims to create a space that fosters connection and belonging in the body and mind, on and off the mat.
