Start your Sunday with movement and community! Join us for a mindful and upbeat pilates session, led by Kennedy Bourque, as part of our "Sunday Morning Movement" series. Focused on this weeks Values in Action: Develop in the moment.
After the session, enjoy an opportunity to shop before the mall opens.

Followed by a shopping session from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

A bit about Kennedy:
Kennedy has a passion for helping others, especially when it comes to their mind and body wellness. She is certified to coach Spin, Pilates, Yoga, Breathwork and Cold Therapy.
Her approach is to make you feel centred with yourself, empowered, and as present as possible within your practice. Combining movement, breath, upbeat music, and a friendly presence, she creates a safe and welcoming space for you to join. You will often see her read you a quote or motivational message, to give you something to reflect on for your day.
Anyone and everyone are welcome, at any stage in their movement journey and she can’t wait to meet you all! 💫
