Every wonder about our club, the Smithfield Kiwanis? Interested in having social fun with a conscious? Kiwanis means to barter and was part of our original club creation. you might call us the original BNI with heart!Come meet our members, hear from good speakers, enjoy great food, and be part of positive community events that support local youth programs. We have weekly luncheon socials and monthly after hours events too!

Pancake Breakfast w/Santa at the Center
Christmas Toy Store now a community partnership through the Chamber
ISLEREAD, a local reading augmentation partnership program with schools and friends, helping our students achieve!
The Kiwanis local and district fishing clinics at Cloontz Park & Buckroe Beach; sharing a love of the Waterman life with local youth.
The infamous Wesley Brown Smoked Butts BBQ Fundraiser in partnership with Bubba & Franks BBQ; raising substantial funds for local youth scholarships $$$ Yay!
The Smithfield Kiwanis Fore the Kids Gold Tournament held on the first Friday of October; lead by Eric Leaman Golf Pro extroidinaire, bringing smiles to big kids ever year ;-) while they raise substantial funds for ocal children's programs and grants all year.
Many of these events and fundraising efforts allow our club to support annual grants to many other local programs specifically focused on youth development in partnership with many of our local non profit and civic groups. This is how we make it work, working together in partnership!
