Join the Smiling Soul Wellbeing Retreat!
You’re warmly invited to a gentle, restorative day retreat designed for anyone whose life has been touched by cancer—whether personally or through supporting someone you love. This is a space to pause, reflect, and be held in a supportive community of people who truly understand what you’re going through.
Held in a peaceful country house and spiritual sanctuary in Hertfordshire, this day offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and form meaningful relationships in a calm and nurturing environment. Everything is designed with care to support your wellbeing on every level: physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through soothing practices to help you feel more at ease in your body and mind. Move slowly and kindly in a gentle yoga session; sink into deep relaxation with a soothing sound bath; and take part in an interactive wisdom talk that invites reflection and insight, going beyond the externals and connecting with our deeper selves. There will also be time to bond, share, or simply rest in the company of others on a similar path. A nourishing, wholesome lunch is included to support and replenish you.
A full schedule of the day will be shared with registered attendees closer to the retreat. There is no cost for the retreat – all we want is for you to join.
