We’re hosting a new event, and we would love to see you there. Please join us for the SME Florida Suncoast Chapter 159 plant tour of Lightning Master at 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
For nearly 40 years, Lightning Master has led the industry in providing customized lightning protection and static solutions to help protect industrial and commercial facilities against direct and indirect lightning strikes and electrical surges. Lightning protection is a science. Their goal is to help mitigate downtime, damage, and losses that lightning strikes cause every year. Lightning Master’s broad portfolio of innovative products is derived from its interdisciplinary team, including aeronautical, chemical, electrical, manufacturing and mechanical engineers. Working closely together with their customers and regulatory agencies, their engineering department conducts site surveys and risk assessments, designs new products (using both AutoCAD and SolidWorks), builds and tests prototypes, and drafts installation drawings. Lightning Master is an Underwriters Laboratories UL-Listed manufacturer of lightning protection components and is a UL-Certified Lightning Protection System Installer. Lightning Master products are made in Clearwater, Florida.
