Why should you attend?

You should attend if the rate of change in your business is slower than anticipated and the appetite for change isn’t quite what it should be.

Perhaps any process changes achieved are often short lived and there is an expectation that these changes won’t be fully supported, with a consequential migration back to previous practices.

This workshop will help you to identify opportunities for improvement in your approach to change and increase the likelihood of securing sustainable change going forward.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to find out how you and your workforce can work together in the best interests of the business.

Who should attend?

Those with people management responsibilities who are keen to secure a higher level of ownership and engagement from their staff. The event will benefit others who wish to clearly understand and better appreciate their respective roles in the change process.

Timings

The event has been timed to ensure minimum time away from the workplace, it will start with a networking breakfast at 08:30am with breakfast rolls and refreshments.

Workshop will commence at 9am sharp and finish promptly at 11.00am, with lots of opportunity to ask questions and network.

This event is free of charge, with limited places. Book early to avoid disappointment.
