As the world of work continues to change, with the give and take between employee and employer under increasing scrutiny, employees want and expect more from their employer. They want to be more involved and invested in who they work for, with values aligned to the employer’s and personal circumstances listened to and understood.
Add to those changes in employment legislation, volatile markets and increasingly changeable global business environments, and you have a complex mix that poses challenges for every sector, both Public and Private.
This face-to-face event in Glasgow is being delivered by Tony Harding of Momentumspk, and Jennifer Centola and Steve White of Calgary Communications. Between them they have advised global, international, and local brands on Employer Brand and Employee Value Propositions (EVP) and taking these through the hiring cycle from activation through digital marketing channels and careers websites to the practicalities of recruiting processes.
The informal session will detail what Employer Brand and EVP is, what you can influence, and how. There will be case studies from several well-known brands together with insights into how to create and manage an EVP, and what you can expect from it. You’ll also hear how to identify and rectify the procedural and process issues that can hold you back. We will also look at the marketplace and find out and discuss some of your individual talent attraction needs and requirements, with some genuine pragmatic advice and solutions.
