About this Event
About the workshop
Join us for a free, in-person breakfast briefing at Perth UHI. This session offers a valuable opportunity to explore one of the biggest challenges facing organisations today - how to make change stick.
Using engaging examples and practical insights drawn from well-known change thinking, you’ll learn why change is often resisted, why many programmes fall short, and what organisations that achieve sustainable results do differently from others that don’t.
There’ll be a strong focus on the people side of change such as beliefs, behaviours, leadership and culture and how these work alongside process and performance to deliver lasting improvement.
Alongside a free breakfast, you’ll also be introduced to the Business Improvement Academy (BIA) and you’ll learn how it supports organisations to turn change intent into action.
Taking place in Dundee on 8 October, the BIA uniquely combines people, behaviours and practical improvement tools, recognising that sustainable change only happens when these are combined.
There’ll be time for questions and discussion, with further details available for those interested in attending or sponsoring places.
Why it matters
Change management matters because the pace of change outside organisations often exceeds what happens within.
Without the right focus on people, behaviours and leadership, even the best strategies can fail – making a structured, practical approach essential for long-term success.
