About this Event
Small Steps of Self-Kindness is a gentle, trauma-informed expressive arts workshop series for women who are seeking support with self-esteem, strength recognition, and self-compassion.
This is not a therapy or trauma-processing group. Participants are never asked to share personal stories or details of their experiences. Instead, the workshop focuses on present-moment, strengths-based creative practices that support dignity, agency, and emotional safety.
Each week uses a different expressive modality to support reflection, grounding, and self-connection.
No art experience is required; the emphasis is on the creative process, not the final product, and participation is always optional. All materials are provided.
This is a closed group, meaning the same participants attend all three sessions to support safety and continuity.
