Saint Paul is home to so much more than rabbits and squirrels! Join staff from Parks and Rec's Natural Resources team and researchers from the University of Minnesota and become a community scientist as you participate in a small mammal survey to learn about the lives of urban wildlife. The survey will help us better understand the status and needs of our park.Participants will go off-trail to gather pre-set Sherman traps, check their contents, and learn about what's inside. This is a great opportunity to spend some time outside in a beautiful park, learn about our mammal neighbors, and contribute to scientific study.
