Small Group Reiki is replacing our regular Soulcare Saturday (meditation and spiritual practices workshop) as a seasonal interlude! Join Dianna and 5-6 other guests for a beautiful afternoon of reflection and healing.Dianna will begin with intention setting and an introduction to Reiki. Reiki is a gentle energetic healing technique. The word itself translates as life-force energy. This energy is everywhere in every cell and atom in you and around you. Our practice acknowledges this energy and channels it through you to ease every function in your body and every process in your mind.
A guided meditation will bring everyone into mindful rest while Dianna moves around the room and offers Reiki to each guest. No touch is involved. She will simply hover her hands over each person and make notes on what she notices while working with your energy.
After meditation Dianna will encourage gentle discussion or reflective journaling. Then she’ll offer her share her intuitive perspective for each guest. Dianna’s mentorship is holistic and focuses on many different topics depending on the intention you set for your work. Overall, we use the Chakra system, Yogic and Reiki philosophy and spirituality.
All understandings of meditation, energy work, and spirituality are welcome in class. You are encouraged to build confidence and connection inward. We’ll spend time exploring different aspects of spirituality, intuition, and energy work in practice and in discussion throughout our time together.
You will leave with a small gift packet of your intention card, reflections, the incense we used together, and little surprise or two from Dianna.
