About this Event
Express yourself from the deepest layer to the outermost layer through these small groups hosted by Awesome Abigail (Abigail Elizabeth Fischer). These small groups are a real treat; sign up early because they are limited to 6 people and they will fill up fast!
We will start with breath and voice warm-ups, followed by 45-60 minutes of conscious connected breathwork with live improvised trance-inspired music by Abigail, leading into voice activation.
From Abigail:
"Moving from breathing straight into vocal expression from breathwork has been profoundly transformative for me, where I embody the truth that I am my own healer, not just as a breathworker, creating my own capacity to experience more and more of who I am, but as a sound healer with my voice. Things that need to be expressed on the deepest level are vibrated, sung and freed, and I release into a deeper layer of myself. I am so excited to share this with these small groups."
Sign up here or send a venmo payment to @abigaum (7700 code) with your sliding scale payment of $22-44.
(payment guide: $33 fair access, $22/25 if you have trouble making ends meet, $44 if you don't)
Conscious connected breathwork is a gentle but activating breathwork therapy, which naturally welcomes embodied awareness of the current reality one is living with. An altered state of consciousness or awareness through breathwork can provide new clarity and empathy when presensing one's current experience of body tensions, emotions, stories, or memories that may come forward, be recognized and felt, and therefore allowed to release and process during the session in a natural way.
Likewise, voice activation is a playful way to express emotion, free your sense of holding back, not speaking up and telling your truth, and honoring your worth and beauty through sound, vocal play and improvisation. Merging breathwork with voice activation is a new way of activating the healer in each one of us.
Awesome Abigail is an classically trained singer, having performed at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York City and Los Angeles Opera, among others, and now using this expert level of musicianship for holistic healing focus, welcoming you into your own experience of embodied wisdom and truth, so you can live a life filled with deeper interconnectivity, freedom, and authenticity.
