About this Event
This experience is for college students who start each semester with good intentions, care about school, and still find themselves stuck, overwhelmed, or dealing with last-minute stress.
It’s designed to help you work with your brain, not push harder against it.
What this group offers
- Support to understand how your brain works
- Practical strategies that don’t rely on motivation or willpower
- Help making steady progress without panic or burnout
- Support starting earlier and reducing the toll of all-nighters
- Calm, non-judgmental group support
- Tools and systems you can carry forward beyond this semester
How it works
- Two small groups, max. 4 students per group
- Group coaching (not therapy, not tutoring)
- Built-in buddy system for daily accountability
(pairs of two within each group) - You don’t pay, participation and feedback are offered in place of payment
- Feedback is shared in simple, accessible ways

How I approach this work
This is a calm, non-judgmental space focused on understanding first.
We’ll explore how your brain works, notice what helps and what gets in the way, and experiment with strategies together - without pressure, fixing, or one-size-fits-all expectations.
I work alongside you as a guide, not someone telling you what you “should” do.
What happens after you register
- You’ll receive a short questionnaire (5–10 minutes)
- You’ll be invited to a brief meeting
to make sure the group feels like a good fit
If this feels supportive, you’re welcome to register.
If the group is full, you can join the interest list for future groups.
