Begginner Friendly Intermediate Level workshop.
Create 4 fused glass panels for a small (approximately 8" tall) lantern. This workshop will cover the basics of cutting and grinding glass, but will require some precise cuts to ensure the panels fit into the lanterns. This workshop will cover the basics of fused glass. The way you choose to decorate the panels is up to you- you can make trees, flowers, or something organic and stylized, the choice is up to you.
Experience with glass is not necessary, but would be helpful. This workshop will be 3 hours long.
For safety reasons, long pants and closed toe shoes must be worn.
**After the workshop the glass will be kiln-fired. You will be able to pick up your finished artwork at the Canvas & Clay storefront in approximately 2 weeks time
