The Clatsop SBDC’s Small Business Management (SBM) program will help you sharpen your business skills, boost your confidence, and elevate your business to the next level.This isn’t just another class—your business becomes the textbook. The SBM program combines hands-on learning, expert business coaching, and powerful peer networking to give you the tools you need to thrive.
You’ll learn from seasoned professionals, local business leaders, and fellow entrepreneurs throughout eleven interactive sessions. Dive deep into critical areas like strategy, financial management, marketing, and planning, all tailored to your business goals. Plus, you'll be paired with a dedicated business advisor to guide you every step of the way.
Level 1 is ideal for business owners in the early stages (under 3 years) or who’ve never taken the SBM program before.
Starts November 13, 2024
Meets every other Wednesday, 3:00–5:30 pm, through April 16, 2025.
Fee: Fee: Register by 11/1 with code 'Clatsop24' for just $449 (Regular price: $899) for the first person from a business. 2nd person from a business: $199.
Scholarships up to $500 per business are available for businesses in the following industries: maritime, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing, thanks to Northwest Oregon Works.
