When he’s not DJing, he’s building community as the founder of Balanced Breakfast.

An all around the house DJ bringing infectious energy to the Bay Area dance scene. Originally from Texas but now in an unbreakable relationship with the Bay, she’s new to the DJ scene but no stranger to music—spinning and producing Latin Tech House that gets people moving. With deep roots in music performance and a bold presence behind the decks, Tosca invites her audience to shake ass, forget their problems, and make lifelong memories.
