About this Event
As the year winds down, we’re often told to push through, hustle harder, and prepare for the next big thing. But what if the end of the year isn’t about rushing? What if it’s about resting, reflecting, and realigning with yourself?
On December 29, join us for a soothing sound bath experience that honors the natural rhythm of winter—a time to slow down, grieve, nest, and dream.
Through the meditative power of sound, we’ll:
- Release stress and tension from the past year.
- Reflect on lessons learned and moments of growth.
- Create space to rest, dream, and plan for the year ahead.
This isn’t just self-care—it’s self-honoring.
- This retreat is designed for BIPOC individuals seeking a sacred space to rest, heal, and reconnect with ancestral wisdom. Together, we’ll explore tools for emotional release, joy, and growth within a supportive and affirming community. We’ll honor our stories, celebrate resilience, and embrace holistic practices for personal and collective well-being.
- This event will take place in a private location near Lake Merritt, revealed the day before. It will be outdoors in a covered, partially tented area with a lush garden, grass underfoot and a cozy fire pit. Dress warmly and bring items for comfort: yoga mats, blankets, and anything to support your experience in this serene Oakland oasis.
