*Warm eye pillows, essential oils, tea & chocolate to enhance the experience
This therapeutic morning is a pure tonic to allow yourself time to be and let go of the doing, awaken the senses and deeply rest.
No yoga experience is needed to attend these workshops.
Open to all, and after the first trimester of pregnancy.
Know that you will be welcomed into a nurturing and supportive space and everything is optional during the workshop.
