Slow Down Sunday – An afternoon of relaxation and connection before Christmas.As we approach the hustle and bustle of the festive season join Vivienne and Elaine for an afternoon of meditation and healing.

Join a group of like-minded people and share tips on navigating the challenges of the season (without losing yourself! – yes there will be some laughs too!). Learn to use affirmations and mindfulness tools to centre and ground yourself.
