About the Event:
May is mental health awareness month - and we will embrace a mindful stroll in the park + sound bath meditation after. We will embrace a saunter starting at the Marina Vista Park, and make our way to a biological reserve. Once we’ve made our way back, we will embrace a slowdown through a facilitated sound bath meditation and a community share. Free event - donations are welcome (but not required) in support of continuing to host wellness community events.

Yoga mat/blanket for the slowdown portion
snacks + water
