Slow Release Yin Yoga is a quiet, grounding practice designed to support joint health, fascia release, and mobility throughout the body.In this class, poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the deeper connective tissues to gradually soften and release. The slower pace creates space to ease tension, improve flexibility, and gently restore range of motion.
This practice is especially supportive for people who:
- experience stiffness in the hips, back, or shoulders
- want to care for joints and connective tissue
- are balancing more active workouts or daily stress
Props are encouraged and provided, and all shapes can be modified to meet your body where it is. This class moves slowly and intentionally, making it accessible for a wide range of experience levels.
Expect a calm, steady practice that helps the body unwind and settle.
Please note that prior registration is required for this class as space is limited to 8 participants.
