About this Event
Join the Slow Poke Run Club for a special even SLOWER run designed for first-timers, returning runners, or anyone who wants a relaxed, social pace. We’ll run our usual scenic Mauerpark route, but at a gentler 8:00/km pace over 5km
This is the perfect way to try your first run with us — no pressure, no rush, just good vibes and a fun group. You’re welcome to go faster or slower, but Coach Meg will hold the 8:00/km pace. Who can join?Absolutely anyone! If you can walk briskly, you can do this run. This is a no-drop group — no one gets left behind!
