Join me to slow down, notice more and make some photographs. We will walk some of the most beautiful streets of historic downtown Lexington focusing on a single object or theme as an antidote to the fast-paced nature of modern life. Slow-looking is linked to better mental health, reduced stress levels, and increased mindfulness.
You do not need to be a photographer to participate, everyone is welcome (even photographers! )
Meeting point is at Gratz Park on the staircase of Carnegie Center. We will walk around the area following a specific path and will finish at Sorella Gelateria.
Street and public parking available in the area
Bring comfortable shoes, water if needed and a smartphone or camera to take pictures.
