18:45–20:15 Yin Yoga & Sounds (guided in English & Estonian)
We begin with a one-hour Vinyasa Flow to move, stretch, and create more space in the body after the workweek. The pace is steady and mindful, somewhere between soft and strong, slow and dynamic. A balanced flow with options and variations throughout, inviting you to move in a way that feels supportive and natural in your own body, supported by demonstrations and guidance along the way.
It’s not about how well you do it. It’s about noticing your body and staying with your breath.
After a short pause, we move into 90 minutes of Yin Yoga & Sounds.
This is your chance to slow down and land more fully into the weekend. Long-held yin poses and sound create space to rest, release tension, and unwind deeply. A place to arrive, breathe, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease. Guided with gentle demonstrations and hands-on adjustments when needed.
Energy exchange:
No extra charge for Joogaruum monthly pass holders.
For others: 20€ for one class or 35€ for both 🤍
Payable in cash at the venue.

No registration or previous experience needed, the door is open. To make the most of your experience, please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Everything you’ll need is provided on-site: yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets.
