Join Slow Food Miami for the highly anticipated 15th Annual Snail of Approval Tasting Party on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at the breathtaking Carillon Miami Wellness Resort.
Known as Miami’s Freshest Night Out, this signature seaside celebration brings together the very best of our local food community for one unforgettable evening. Beginning at 7:00 PM, guests will enjoy tastings from dozens of the city’s top chefs, local farmers, and artisan producers — all recognized for their commitment to good, clean, and fair food.
Set against the stunning oceanfront backdrop of the Carillon, this annual gathering honors the people and passion behind South Florida’s vibrant culinary scene. Expect exceptional flavors, meaningful connections, and a community united around a more sustainable future for food.
🌱 All proceeds benefit Slow Food Miami’s Edible School Garden Program, supporting hands-on garden education for students across Miami-Dade County.
