About this Event
Slow Flow Yoga + Myofascial Release
Unwind deeply and reconnect with yourself through an evening designed to soften tension, inside and out.
We’ll begin with a gentle slow flow yoga practice to calm the nervous system, open the body, and create space for release. This grounding sequence is accessible to all levels and focuses on mindful movement, breath, and ease.
From there, you’ll be guided through myofascial release techniques, a powerful yet soothing practice that helps release stored tension in the body. This work can support relaxation, improve circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed, lifted, and deeply at ease.
Massage balls will be provided and incorporated throughout the experience to support deeper release in both the body, helping you access tension you may not even realize you’re holding.
Expect a quiet, restorative atmosphere where you can slow down, reset, and tend to yourself in a meaningful way.
