About this Event
*This yoga session is complimentary, though a reservation is required.
Led by Emily Warner, this yoga class will flow at a slowed-down pace so there's time to explore individual postures and transitions. Newer students find this class builds confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students refine the fundamentals of alignment and dive into a deeper practice. You will gently engage, open, and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible yoga poses, fluid movement, and breath.
Please bring your own mat. You can find us at Slabtown Square, at the corner of NW Pettygrove and NW 21st. This is an outdoor event in a concrete courtyard; please bring a towel or additional cushioning if you prefer. There is a bottle-filling station and restroom onsite if you need it.
Refreshments will be served afterwards if you'd like to stick around!
