Experience a deeply immersive Slow Flow designed to awaken the senses and guide you inward through movement and sound. This unique class begins with a fluid, breath-driven sequence led by Kim Groark, inviting you to build warmth, connect to rhythm, and move with intention as live saxophone by Craig Beacham fills the space. The interplay between breath, body, and music creates a dynamic, meditative energy that supports both presence and expression.
As the practice unfolds, the pace gradually softens. Jason Harris will guide you into a series of restorative postures, allowing the body to fully release and integrate. Craig’s live saxophone transitions into a slower, more downtempo soundscape, mirroring the shift into stillness and deep rest.
This class is an opportunity to move, feel, and restore—blending somatic awareness, intentional flow, and live music into a truly unique and grounding experience. All levels are welcome.
