The studio will heat up to around 26-28 degrees as your experienced guide leads you through a steady and mindfully paced flowing practice.
YB SLOW FLOW classes unite steady breath and mindful slow flowing sequences.
This gently heated class offers you the opportunity to explore transitions, get comfortable with uniting breath and movement in a warm room, and discover what works for you and your body!
This is not hot Yoga, it’s a much more comfortable heat!
SLOW FLOW is a great intro to a flowing style of Yoga and the perfect “step up” from BEGIN / BEGIN (WARM) and YB FLOW.
Leaving you feeling calm and balanced in mind, body, and soul.
Not suitable for under 18's due to body heat regulation.
You are required to fill in a liability waiver online or in studio prior to your first class, and upon any changes to your health and wellbeing.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and settle down.
This class is available in the studio and LIVE online via Zoom (without the heat).
