About this Event
This Slow Flow Vinyasa class is an invitation to balance & slow down. When I say balance, I’m not talking about holding the perfect pose or standing completely still. I’m talking about equilibrium, the type of balance that adjusts, listens, and responds as things shift.
In this 60-minute class, we’ll move through a thoughtfully sequenced slow flow that builds strength, stability, and awareness while staying connected to the breath. You can expect intentional transitions, standing poses that ask for focus and presence, and moments where wobbling is not only allowed, but welcomed. This slow flow vinyasa practice isn’t meant to be “easy,” but it is meant to support your nervous system while still offering physical and emotional challenge.
Throughout class, I’ll weave in gentle reflections and yoga philosophy to help you explore how equilibrium shows up both on the mat and in everyday life. We’ll begin with breathwork to settle the nervous system, move through a slow, purposeful vinyasa, and close with a guided meditation followed by silence in savasana.
This class is for you if you’re craving a practice that helps you feel grounded, strong, and present; without rushing, forcing, or striving for perfection.
Come exactly as you are, and let balance meet you where you are today.
✨ Please bring your mat, water, and an open heart.
