Join us for an evening of deep restoration as Mango guides a Slow Flow yoga practice designed to melt tension and bring you home to your body. This gentle, intuitive movement sequence invites your nervous system to unwind and your energy to settle as we transition into the quiet of the season.
After the movement practice, you’ll be invited to rest deeply in a sound bath immersion — a meditative experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soothing tones to help release what’s been held and open space for clarity and peace.
This practice is suitable for all levels and bodies — no yoga experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to receive.
🕯 Bring: a yoga mat, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy (blanket, eye pillow, socks).
