Come join us for a relaxing session of slow flow yoga and gentle stretching.In this class, we will take our time moving through poses, finding the muscular engagement and elongation in each. There will be a strong emphasis on building strength and mind- body connection. We will also stretch and have a guided meditation in each class. This class is appropriate for all levels, modifications and alternate poses will be offered liberally. I look forward to practicing with you. :)
