This gentle and immersive class combines traditional yoga poses with the support of aerial hammocks to cultivate relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness. Designed for all levels, Slow Flow Aerial Yoga focuses on slow, intentional movements synchronized with breath, allowing participants to deepen their stretches and release tension while floating in the air. Whether you're seeking to decompress from daily stressors or enhance your flexibility, this class offers a serene and rejuvenating experience that nurtures both body and mind.

Prerequisites:
NO prior Yoga or Aerial Yoga experience necessary
Participants should be comfortable with gentle movement and able to support their weight in the aerial hammock.
Attire:
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for freedom of movement.
Avoid loose or baggy clothing that may get tangled in the hammock.
Equipment:
Aerial hammocks will be provided.
Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats for additional support.

Marjorie Wekwert, a certified yoga instructor with expertise in aerial yoga and a passion for guiding students towards holistic well-being.
