Slow Down: Yoga for Women’s Wellness & Health is a slow, supportive yoga workshop created specifically for women’s bodies and nervous systems.This workshop blends gentle movement, breathwork, and restorative postures with education around women’s health and wellness. Throughout the practice, you will be guided through concepts related to hormonal health, stress response, and the nervous system, helping you better understand how and why these practices support the female body.
We will move at an intentional pace, allowing time for the body to unwind and reset without pressure or performance. The experience is designed to be both nurturing and informative, offering tools you can carry into daily life, teaching, or personal practice.
This class is ideal if you are feeling overwhelmed, run down, or seeking a deeper understanding of women’s wellness through yoga. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered to ensure the practice feels supportive and accessible.
For yoga teachers, this class includes an educational component focused on women’s health and is eligible for continuing education credit.
