Join a special yoga experience with Amanda Borby in the middle of the exhibition Sisters Hope & Kunsten. Here, the yoga session becomes a sensory journey, where the sound, scent, and intimate lighting of the exhibition create the setting for a meditative moment.
The exhibition invites you to step into a poetic alternative to the pace of everyday life. The yoga session consists of gentle movements, long stretches, and time to feel your body, the floor beneath you, and the space around you. You may feel inspired to end the experience in Sisters Hope’s dormitory, where you can lie down in the beds and listen to 'The Poetic Self Exercise'.
The yoga focuses on presence and immersion — and on experiencing art with your whole body. You do not need any prior experience with yoga to participate, and the exercises are adapted so everyone can join.
If you have joined a yoga session before, you are very welcome to take part again. Each session is unique and shaped by the current exhibition and the space we are in.
