We spend so much of our lives rushing from one thing to the next, rarely giving ourselves permission to truly pause…
This is your invitation to slow down.
Join us for a peaceful three-hour sanctuary where we gently unwind, reconnect and nurture ourselves in a calming and supportive space.
We begin with a soft, grounding Hatha practice, slowly flowing into deeply nourishing Yin postures allowing the body to soften, release and restore. From here, we melt into pure stillness with a blissful Yoga Nidra meditation guiding you into a state of deep rest where the mind can quieten and the body can fully relax… a moment of true tranquility for mind, body and soul.
To close our time together we’ll gather for a warming cup of grounding chai leaving you feeling calm comforted and restored.
Suitable for all levels with gentle options offered throughout.
