Rest Deeply- Move Gently- Grow Quietly This beauty of an event is designed to encourage you to rest, reconnect and nurture your own quiet growth ready for the winter months.
What’s the plan?
A welcoming tea will be followed by a gentle slow flow practice with an extended Savasana. We will then take some time to journal and reflect on your intentions for this period of wintering. This will be followed by a refreshment break & time to connect. We will close the retreat with a deeply relaxing restorative practice.
Please bring a blanket and two pillows
