Join The Well Pilates from 10:00–11:00 AM on 4/4 and 4/25 in Downtown Memphis for Pilates hosted on their iconic patio green space, filled with sunshine, skyline vibes, and that signature Well burn.
After class? Don’t rush off. Grab your friends, hang out, and treat yourself to one (or two) of Slider Inn’s signature Jameson Slushies, ice-cold craft beers, and of course… sliders. Because balance, right? 💙
