Morning: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Passport to Adventure!Pack your imagination and set off on a journey around the world—no suitcase required! Each day, campers will “travel” to new destinations through stories, games, and creative challenges. They will explore global cultures, experiment with coding, and solve problems inspired by different places and traditions. As they complete each adventure, campers will collect stamps and memories in their very own adventure passports while building confidence, curiosity, and a sense of exploration.
Afternoon: 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. | Weather Wonders Week
Dive into the thrilling world of weather and discover the science behind the skies! Inspired by the new PBS KIDS show Weather Hunters, campers will take on the role of meteorologists as they observe patterns, ask big questions, and investigate the forces that shape our weather. They will even try their hand at weather reporting, blending science with storytelling. By the end of the week, campers will look at the world around them with newfound wonder and scientific insight.
This camp is for students entering 2nd and 3rd grade.
Cost: $135/week for half day (morning or afternoon) OR $270/week for full day.
Campers who are enrolled in both morning and afternoon camps are invited to pack a lunch and remain at the Lancaster Public Library with Pennon Education staff during the lunch hour.
