Sleepy Time Yoga for Kids
Join us for a fun and relaxing yoga class designed specifically for kids! If your little ones struggle to wind down in the evenings, this is the perfect event to promote a good night's sleep. We will get out some wiggles and giggles with a yoga flow and activity, such as a craft or game, designed to a special theme. Some themes we have explored include Drop Everything and Read, Winter Wonderland, self-love, gratitude, and so much more. Our experienced instructors will guide them through gentle poses, stretches, and relaxation techniques, helping them release any built-up energy and find inner calm (or at least practice a little focus). The kids will have a blast mingling with other kids, while developing skills in balance, focus, self-care, empathy, creativity, and more. Ages 4-11.
