ABOUT HELL HOUSE LLC:
Hell House LLC is a 2015 found-footage horror film that follows a documentary crew investigating the catastrophic opening night of a haunted house attraction in upstate New York, where 15 guests and staff were killed under mysterious circumstances. Through recovered footage from the night of the tragedy, the film pieces together what really happened inside the old Abaddon Hotel, revealing that the terrors guests encountered were far from staged. Raw, slow-burn, and genuinely unsettling, Hell House LLC is widely regarded as one of the best found-footage films of the decade.

ABOUT JOE BANDELLI:
Joe Bandelli is a filmmaker, producer, writer, and actor best known for his work in the cult-favorite horror franchise Hell House LLC. As a key creative force behind the series, Bandelli helped bring to life one of the most recognizable found-footage horror properties of the past decade, contributing both behind the camera as a producer and on screen in several roles—including the franchise’s iconic clown character.
In addition to Hell House LLC and its sequels, Bandelli has worked across film, television, and digital media, directing, writing, and producing a range of projects with a focus on horror and genre storytelling. He is also the founder of his own production company and has built a reputation for creating immersive, character-driven horror experiences.
A resident of Sleepy Hollow, Bandelli’s connection to the Hudson Valley—an area rich in eerie folklore and Halloween tradition—makes this screening especially meaningful.
He lives locally with his wife, Devon Bandelli, who is the owner of Devinion Haus, an interior design firm and home décor shop based in Tarrytown.
