“Cheshire’s Path to Wellness: Growing Healthier Together”The First Congregation Church of Cheshire is introducing a new series that will include presentations by health care experts on topics that are important to health in the Cheshire community. The sessions will address topics relevant to the health of individuals and families of all ages. Community members are encouraged to attend. The first presentation is:
“Sleepless in Cheshire: How to Get a Good Night’s Sleep and Why It’s Important.”, April 20 at 7 PM in Parish Hall

Good sleep is an important influence on health for everyone. This presentation will provide information on the effects of sleep on health and the best ways to get a good night’s sleep for children, teens, adults, and older adults. Dr. Nancy Redeker is a registered nurse who has conducted research on this topic for many years. Time will be provided for questions and answers. Please join us!
