Yoga Nidra, (a form of meditation) is an experience which teaches the mind and body how to relax deeply in a way we rarely experience alone. This extremely relaxing meditative process of 'sleepless sleep', termed as such because it is similar to the state between sleep and wakefulness but with complete awareness.
What to expect; The session, begins with a form of pranayama (breathing technique) This provides time to let go of the thought process and focus on breathing wholeheartedly, allowing you time to go within and be fully present in your own body.
Then during the process of Yoga Nidra, all you need to do is lie on your yoga mat, get yourself comfortable and follow my voice and listen with awareness to the prompts, as I guide you through the meditation.
The benefits on your wellness of this very simple practice are absolutely enormous as you will soon experience.
