What do you need to bring ?
Your normal swim wear costume/wetsuit
Swim cap goggles/ woolly hat
wet shoes /socks/old trainers to swim in.
Large Towels/changing robe
drying towel
lots of warm layers of clothes for after[ think cold winters day/skiing]
Woolly hat /gloves /scarf
Mat to stand on /old towel/bathmat
tow float with waterproof light. [ I have some to borrow]
