Sunday Colors: Yellow & Tan
Has this ever happened to you or someone you know? You thought you had outgrown or recovered from some negative behavior pattern. But there it is again nipping at your heels!
At the Sunday March 30 services, Rev. Dr. Rick Belous will suggest that the so-called Laughing Buddha— who lived in China 800 years after Jesus— has a lot to teach us concerning how to deal with these situations. “In fact, the Laughing Buddha is really one of the great grandfathers of New Thought,” Rev. Rick says. Join us for these services and have fewer things nipping at your heels.
In-person at Spiritual Life Center:

Registration for this special event is not required, but a Love Offering is gratefully accepted.

How these colors were chosen: Yellow is related to the ego and our sense of self-worth, to how we feel about ourselves and how we are perceived by others. It can make people more mentally, analytical and self-critical of both themselves and others, prompting the value of self-reflection.
Tan - Maps often use a color ramp to represent elevation ranges, with lighter colors indicating higher elevations and darker colors indicating lower elevations. The tan color meaning is similar to that of brown – the color of earth, wholesomeness, home, grounding, and foundations.
