Spiritual evolution is not one-size-fits-all. Our journey is equal parts insight and authenticity, so it is OK to dislike. Dislike is the recognition of something that seems foreign to your core values, and can help us be more discerning. When you project anger, you allow dislike to control you, putting the power in someone else’s hands. You are the only person who needs to know Your Truth.
