Local videographer/photographer Ed Sanchez presents “Spite” a skateboarding film for Slappy’s Garage. Join us in premiering this local San Diegan skate shop’s latest video.
This video will showcase the talent of some of the skateshop teams up and comers. The project itself took just under two years to produce and features well known spots in San Diego, as well as around the country.
The video is set to play at 8pm but the event will begin at 6pm. This event is free and all ages! Aside from the video, there will be exclusive tee shirts, made for the event, on sale. A $5 raffle will be held after the video plays from which you can win some of the product we have received from our participating sponsors. This includes Thrasher Magazine, Opera Skateboards, New Balance Numeric, Zero Skateboards, and Polar Skate Co.
As skateboarders, we love to support all forms of art and love to throw it into the mix, wherever we can. There will be a photo gallery, on site, with photos on display from legendary skateboard photographers Grant Brittain, Dave Swift, and Rhino.
Aside from all this good stuff, there will be plenty of good people to hangout with. Save the date and make sure to come celebrate with us!
