Important Information:
The Venue:
Portland House, 113-116 Bute Street, Cardiff, CF10 5EQ
Carlito& Ghalus Pre Show Meet & Greets:
These are scheduled for 2:30 - 3:30.
Carlito: Costing £40 you will receive a signed 8x10 and have a photo opportunity (your device). Additional autographs, photographs and merchandise may be purchased.
Ghalus: Costing £30 you will receive a signed 8x10 and have a photo opportunity (your device). Additional autographs, photographs and merchandise may be purchased.
After your meet and greet has concluded, you are welcome to stay in the venue. If you have reserved seating (First and Second Row) your name will be on the seat(s), if you have General Admission, you are welcome to pick your preferred seat prior to main door opening time - we'll put on pre show match on for you as well.
*Valid Show Ticket is required to participate in the Meet & Greet(s)
Main Doors, Start & Expected Finish:
Main Doors at 3:30 and the show will start at 4pm.
We would expect the show to finish at/by 7pm.
The Show:
We take great pride in our shows being suitable for all ages and a great way for a family to spend time together. Please note all under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Disabled Access:
We are pleased to offer Disabled fans tickets which also allow for one carer to be present. If you haven’t been to one of our shows before, could you please let us know if you are a wheelchair user or if there is anyway we can make your experience more enjoyable. The venue is Wheelchair accessible via a ramp which will be fitted onto the main entrance. There is a disabled toilet which is accessible via the main hall, where the show will take place!
Food / Drink:
There is a fully licensed Bar in Portland House, which joins onto the main hall, serving a variety of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. The team at Portland House also put on hot food, typically hot dogs, chips and there are other snacks such as crisps available behind the Bar. Please use the bins provided!
